1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "sixs6" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at sixs6.cam and all associated sub-domains and interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the sixs6 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account registered with sixs6 through which the Player accesses the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wager, bet, or game played using funds deposited by the Player into their sixs6 Account in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or similar incentives credited to a Player's Account by sixs6.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by sixs6 prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary process by which a Player requests that their Account be suspended or permanently closed as a responsible gaming measure.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a sixs6 Account. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. sixs6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed to sixs6's satisfaction.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one sixs6 Account. Registering or maintaining more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same CNIC number, the same mobile number, or the same device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sixs6 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using sixs6 is lawful in your jurisdiction. sixs6 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. By using the Platform, you confirm that doing so is consistent with the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access Real Money Play on sixs6, you must complete the registration process, which requires providing your Pakistani mobile number, a password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. sixs6 uses your registered mobile number as your primary account identifier.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information — including false date of birth, false CNIC details, or false contact information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sixs6 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. sixs6 will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify sixs6 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, sixs6 will require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves providing a valid copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) for age and identity verification purposes. sixs6 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sixs6 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no conversion fees applied by sixs6. Third-party transaction fees charged by your payment provider are outside sixs6's control.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are displayed within the sixs6 cashier section at the time of transaction. sixs6 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (Section 3.4) and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds (Section 5). Once approved, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing windows.

4.4 Refusal of Transactions

sixs6 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by sixs6 are subject to specific Terms that are disclosed at the point of opt-in. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms applicable to any bonus before accepting it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the bonus-specific terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms. Players who opt into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

sixs6 takes the integrity of its promotions seriously. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine play, or coordinating with other Players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will have their bonuses voided, their Account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 RNG Certification

All casino games available on sixs6 — including slot machines, table games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Fisher Game, and RNG variants of live dealer games — use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Certification documentation is available for review within the Platform.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on sixs6 are provided by certified third-party game studios. Dealing procedures are subject to the studio's own regulatory oversight. sixs6 does not control and is not liable for any technical issues originating within a third-party live dealer game environment.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or data communication error that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, sixs6 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. sixs6's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and other markets available on sixs6 — are subject to the specific sports betting rules available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules govern settlement, postponement, abandonment, and void bet scenarios.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sixs6 Platform:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Holding more than one sixs6 Account simultaneously.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered on the Platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to another person.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming

sixs6 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

8.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered sixs6 Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after set periods of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term Account closure as a responsible gaming measure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period. sixs6 will take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded Players from opening new Accounts, but Players bear responsibility for not circumventing self-exclusion measures. During a self-exclusion period, sixs6 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sixs6 Platform — including but not limited to the sixs6 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of sixs6 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any sixs6 content without prior written authorisation from sixs6. Unauthorised use of sixs6 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixs6 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss resulting from game malfunctions or technical disruptions outside sixs6's direct control.
• Loss resulting from third-party payment processing delays or errors.
• Loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, civil disturbances, or infrastructure failures.

sixs6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your sixs6 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

sixs6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering for a sixs6 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

sixs6 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sixs6 will notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the sixs6 Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sixs6 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the sixs6 service, you should first contact sixs6 support via live chat or email. sixs6 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complaints should clearly state the nature of the dispute, the Account in question, and the remedy sought.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, Players may escalate the matter to sixs6's licensing authority through the formal dispute resolution channel specified in sixs6's gaming licence. sixs6's decision on matters within its own discretion — including bonus decisions, bet settlements, and account closure — is final and binding subject only to the jurisdiction of the licensing authority.
